Clarity is Power - Do You Know Why You Want It?
Are you doing the things you know will bring you the success in the areas of life you desire? Most clients I work with say they know what they need to do, they just don't know why they don't do it or can't sustain it.
Most often, at the root of why any of us don't achieve what we say we most want is because we're not actually clear on why we want it. We haven't taken the time to get so clear about why and what price we're willing to pay to get it that we drift in the land of frustration and confusion.
You know what doesn't exist in the land of frustration and confusion:
--Embracing the Struggle.
--Work at it.Every.Day!
--Hire a coach, a counselor, or ask an honest friend to help you and challenge you.
Pretty exciting and glamorous stuff huh?
But does it work 100% of the time? Yes!
Today I'd like to spark a fire in you. In whatever area of life you're feeling stuck or not making the kind of progress you know you could if you'd do the things you already know how to do but aren't doing.
Will you give yourself 10 minutes today to regain your spark? Watch this video.
Stop looking for a shortcut - find what you really want. Get so clear about what makes you want to live every day of your life. Not the temporary stuff, but the intrinsic, everlasting kinds of feelings, skills and things.
So what's your plan? Write it down now - don't wait. Get clear. Look at your life situation, be honest with yourself - how did you get where you are now? What repetitive actions do you need to take for the next 30 days to make a 20% improvement in the area you want to change? Are you willing to put in the work?
Did you write it down? If not, why?
Trust me - if you aren't clear about why you want what you want, you're never going to do the "how to get there" stuff. Period.
