Adult men and women who have a dissatisfying to downright hell ridden relationship with food that is negatively impacting their health, life enjoyment and/or career.

Food is both necessary to sustain life and is meant to be pleasurable, but when your relationship turns to love/hate or results in unwanted weight, digestion problems, yo-yo dieting, fatigue, binge eating, overeating, food addiction, mood/anxiety issues, the I-don’t-know-what-the hell-to-eat nutritional confusion, related chronic health conditions, and those that simply don’t like the person/body they see in the mirror – it is time to make a change my friend!

Types of Coaching Services

Private One-on-One Coaching: offered via phone or Skype, or in-person (as geographic locations permit).

What to expect: to begin our work together, you’ll first complete a very brief, written general background information form (to be submitted to me at least 24 hours in advance of our first meeting). We’ll then get together by phone, Skype or in-person for an in-depth 90-minute coaching experience.

By the end of the 90-minute experience, I will share insights and observations with you as to how our continued work together will help you to reach your goals. We can then decide the frequency with which we’ll meet for subsequent 1-hour coaching experiences and continue our work together.

The complexity of your challenges and what your health goals are will determine the duration of our work together.

Pricing: Improving or repairing your relationship with food and body is not something that can be accomplished in a single or even two coaching sessions, or what I like to refer to as “transformation experiences”, but is possible within even 4-6 transformation experiences depending on the complexity of your challenges and your goals.

So while I do offer hourly rates and customized arrangements for an individual seeking fewer than six (6) sessions, clients find that purchasing a package of coaching experiences are by far more beneficial to reaching their goals and are lower cost.

For instance, clients can purchase packages starting at six (6) transformation experiences (which includes the initial 90-minute initial experience; each experience thereafter are 1-hour in length) all the way up to 24 experiences.   Depending on the frequency with which we meet, the package experience could take 6 weeks to 6 months to complete. The “average client” (as though there is such a thing as average right?) will work with me from 2 months to 8 months.

As you consider the financial investment: it may sound cliché, but in my opinion, it is truly priceless to live in a constant place of unconditional self-love, self-acceptance and to absolutely trust your body wisdom.   How much is that worth to you?

Group Coaching Events: online webinars, in-person workshops, and other joint ventures with complimentary healing practitioners.
